Policy & Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 in the continential US.
We send out orders next business day or sooner if we can. Please allow 5 to 7 business days. When ordering international duties or tariffs may apply, and sometimes a package can be held at your country's customs facility. Please call your local customs bureau with any questions.
If an item is no longer available or on backorder we will call or email you at once.
For international orders please email us at email@example.com for shipping costs before you order.
Online return policy
If you do not adore your item we will issue a refund or exchange it. The item must be unworn, and in the same condition that it was sent to you.
Shoes will need to be sent in the original shoe box and packed in another box to protect it.
Items must be returned within 14 days.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs, or duty fees. Please email us when retuning an item at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a RA#, no returns will be accepted with out this. If we feel the item has been used, worn, or mistreated we will ship it back to you with no refund. Send returns to:

Returns are not accepted for the following items- Vintage clothing, vintage shoes, vintage housewares/knicknacks (anything vintage), makeup, perfume, jewelry, books, artwork, cards, chocolates, prints, and sale items.
